Latinamerican robotics competition
From October 29 to November 1, 2025, the 25th edition of the Latin American Robotics Competition (LARC) will take place at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey — bringing together the most creative, bold, and skilled robotics teams from across the region.
Over four action-packed days, students from high schools and universities will compete in challenges that test innovation, engineering, and teamwork. With seven university-level categories and two high school challenges, LARC promotes not only technical excellence but also collaboration, access, and inclusion in STEM.

How to register and compete

Pre-register your team by Thursday, September 25 using [this form]; Rope Crawler teams can register until October 3rd. You don’t need to pay yet or have your team finalized—just let us know you’re coming. Teams may consist of 1–4 students per robot (except for Rope Crawler, which covers 2 students with registration). If more students or mentors are coming, they must register as “Mentors” and pay a mentor fee. Mentors will nor receive a competition certificate and access to the Competition Arena may be limited.
Complete payment in the [ticketing page] by Friday, October 3 Monday October 6th to confirm your registration and secure your spot in the competition. Rope Crawler teams can pay until October 17th.

Submit your TDP using [this form] by Friday, October 24. All teams, except Line Follower and Rope Crawler, must complete a technical report describing their robot and competition approach. The form includes a template you can use.
Arrive in Monterrey and check in by 4 pm on Wednesday, October 29.
