Fill the Pre-registration form [HERE]. This will help us know you are coming and who is in your team. You may upload your TDP now or later (see these competitions’ pages for dates).
After 48h of submitting the form, you may register and pay for your tickets. Go to [THIS] site and follow these instructions:
Sign up with your email (each participant must register). Every team needs one Team Leader; the rest sign up as Team Members (max 4; 6 for vsss) or as Mentors, depending on the role.
Choose your user type:
Team Leader Registration (Captain + team)
Non-IEEE Team Member Registration
IEEE Team Member Registration

Select your team (previously registered in the form).
Fill in your personal and school information.
Submit your registration.
You’ll get an email with your system password.
Log in with that password and confirm your personal details. (If you’re an IEEE member, upload proof of membership in the Upload File field.)
Take the quiz under the quiz tab and click Submit Answer to unlock payment.
Go to the Payment tab to see your registration fee. Enter any discount code if you have one.
International payments: must be made online with a debit/credit card (one payment per participant).
Payments in Mexico: you can pay by card, bank transfer, or deposit. For transfers or deposits, upload proof of payment in the system.
If you need an invoice, upload your CIF (Mexico).
After the competition, you’ll be able to download your participation certificate directly from the system.

Symposium Tickets
Students and professionals may participate in the symposium! Full participants, those who pay the regular price, will recieve a participation certificate and have access to all events. The regular price also includes the cost of publication.
Attendee only tickets will be made available soon. Attendees will not receive a participation certificate, but, for a reduced price, attendees may see all keynotes and partipate in demos, workshops and special courses.
